I know you guys are the chefs but this was one of my top 5 meals last night .
First the Tuna was beautiful 6-8 inch tenderloins soaked in a light teriyaki, sesame, garlic marinade.
Then rolled in chopped pistachios , then lightly seared.
We had several sauces , wasabi mayo , capers , teriyaki sesame marinade, ginger and a light vinaigrette.
Toasted sliced garlic baguettes and a jasmine rice and grilled asparagus.
A good Cab to wash it down.
Not a crumb left ! The amazing thing is my 14yo son ate it like it we ambrosia.
