Beef cheeks in mole, pulpo, the seafood rice, everything on the appetizer portion of the menu.

I would…if I’m not there for brunch, I find that the best dishes are small plates instead of the mains at Hugo’s, Caracol, and Xochi.

Xochi was very good.
4 adults shared 4 small plates, two entrees

Tuna crudo slightly above avg
Chicken taquitos were very good
Queso fresco with insects, chicharones, and salsa verde were avg
Masa pancake with roasted pork was phenomenal

Scallops were above avg
Beef cheek mole was phenomenal

One cocktail and two different mezcal options

Very Good, not great, service

Overall A, would recommend
