Stopped in Houma yesterday and picked up 12 dozen frozen oysters on the half shell. On ice as we speak and will chargrill them for pregame. Any recipes besides the Dragos sauce? First time getting theses from Wilson’s.. TIA...

My chargrilled oyster recipe.
Melt butter, add minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and let this simmer until all blended.
Mix equal parts of Italian Bread Crumbs and Parmesan cheese and put aside.
Take fresh spinach and wilt it down in a pan, drain and squeeze as much moisture out of it as you can.
To grill:
Put oysters on the grill and let them start cooking just a bit, then place a spoon of wilted spinach on each oyster followed by a spoon of the bread crumb/cheese mixture and then brush the top with the garlic/butter sauce. Let them cook until the oyster start to curl up on the edges and remove to eat. You don't want to overcook the oysters or they will be like rubber.
