Why is entree selection at Palace Cafe so skimpy?

Food is good but not much to choose from on entree list

How many are currently on the dinner menu? The average for fine dining is usually about 8 entrees. When you get really long lists of entrees it is almost impossible to keep all the prep fresh and the quality high.

Larger steak option would be nice. Need more than a six oz filet.
