I used to eat the hell out of some A1 when I was a punk kid.

I remember my first beer. I also remember the goodness that was steak-umms on white bread with A-1 after school.

I always have a bottle of Pickapepper sauce in the fridge, never once have I had it with steak.

Usually I pour it over cream cheese and it it with Ritz crackers.

By far the most common use. Good stuff.

ETA: A-1 and Pickapeppa both have raisins, which I can taste in Pickapeppa. Strange stuff indeed.

I feel like I shouldn't say I like A-1, but I do.

I eat it with steak, even very expensive steak.
I have two different flavors now, and a bottle of pick-a-pepper.

I get that the purist say "a steak should just be flavored by salt and pepper", but personally I like A-1. If I don't have it on hand I'll make a poor mans version of it, but I enjoy it.

Though next steak I think I am going to try pick a pepper. Didn't know A-1 was so looked down upon.

A-1 and mayo mixed together on a bacon cheeseburger is pretty legit
