I did it with rare breed rye too

I thought the smoke might have hung around afterwards but the smell in the air dissipated pretty quickly.

Next time I am going to go heavy and like 5 minutes with cherrys and see what’s up.

That's a great pour. It's held up really well in blinds I've done too.

It’s an oak bomb but the low ABV would be a give away in blinds I’d think.

I try to stick with similar profiles/proofs for mine. For instance, last time was a head to head with EC18.
