I thought you were in Ban land or something. The cool fall weather will bring everyone back for sure

Well what's the ruling?

I'm still working through my first pour, but here goes:

Nose is incredible
Tastes sweet initially, then a nice warmth at the finish
Incredibly smooth, can't believe its a 120 plus proofer

Will look to acquire more. I'm not one to gush, but it's the best thing I've tasted this year. Bear in mind I haven't had any BTAC or PVW yet.

I hear that! But I can see light at the end of the tunnel (not work related). Finaly decided to pop this thing open and see what it's all about. First two sips and it's delish! Can't say it's worth the price tag or not...depends on your position but it is damn fine bourbon!

Nice!

2PD: Four Roses single barrel (Dorignacs selection OBSV)

After my initial tasting tonight, the OBSV is the clear winner. I might have to go pick up another bottle.

I will have to revisit the OBSF later this weekend. While it is by no means bad, it might end up cocktail fodder. It is fairly mint heavy, and would probably make a killer mint julip or old fashioned.

Judge, nice. I was interested to see how a wheater from HH shaped up, but everyone seems to say it's a great pour. I'm jealous I'm on that pour. That seems to be a unanimous call.

Nola: Now that's some good juice. This cold weather and the new house is bringing out the top shelf!

DBP - I will admit that I was apprehensive initially based on my prior experience with Bernheim. I disliked it so strongly I gave my bottle away. I'm extremely relieved/enthused about the quality of this juice.

The problem is since my shelves were not up to the task the top shelf is now the middle/bottom shelf and easily accessible lol.

I really been waiting to get in to open a few things...

Unk...I dont believe that is the brand you were told to get
