I am not sure if they should have posted the link to the bourbon exchange. Is it that easy to use?

It's that easy.... every thing you've wished you could find is on there. some prices are stupid but you can find reasonable prices too. i had a guy offer me a 4roses LE for 275. I ended up getting a bottle from another guy for a good bit less than half of that.

Retail for that bottle is 75. I paid 150 for two bottles from a store. It's a good drink I don't think you will be disappointed.

How does the bourbon exchange on facebook work? If you message someone saying you are interested in the stagg they have for sipping, do you agree on a price? And then pay them through PayPal or something? Then they ship it

the only reason I havent bought anything is because i think its a felony to ship liquor into the state of FL and not have a liquor lisc.

is it a felony to receive?

I dont plan on doing it too often but for when you are really on the hunt for something hard to find... can't beat it.

some of the prices are ridiculous but some are actually pretty reasonable

I think I saw that a few days ago... Not a terrible price considering it's gone from shelves now

i had some dude offer me a bottle of the '13 LE 4Roses for $275

you pretty quickly figure out which ones are the collectors and which ones are just trying to flip a bottle. the collectors have much more reasonable prices

Let me tell you people something. You will never buy Pappy Van Winkle off the shelf ever again unless the distillery makes the product more available.
The only way you can buy Pappy 15 year old or older is you have to personally know and be friends with the liquor store owner.
That's where I am blessed. I am dear friends with the owner of a liquor store here in Shreveport and they can get my Pappy 15 year old twice a year and they hold it in the back for me. It is just over $100 but none of the Pappy products get a chance to hit the shelf. They don't even tell their employees when it comes in because they have tried to assure other customers about availability. I am truly blessed.
