Unfortunately I have no where else to put my bottles either. Cabinet is full and my little girl won’t let me keep shite on the floor.

After a few beers while making a crawfish bisque for the first time ever.

What’s the consensus on B7? I keep hearing about it but haven’t had it.

Sweet juice but for the price it may be a bit overrated.

No, its good, but at $55. It’s in a range. 1920 as an example

Yep and 1920 is fantastic. I just like having different pours and while 1920 might be better the bakers has a totally different flavor profile to mix things up.

Man some of ya'll have epic collections going on. McCraig, how long have you had those opened bottles for? I always try to finish them within 1-3 months once they have < 1/2 remaining.

Everything that’s open has been open for less than a year. Probably the majority for less than 6 months.
Aside from Eagle Rare and Weller SR I don’t really drink anything else super consistently.

I’ve only really been into the hobby for a couple years.

Cool. I've never let an opened bottle sit for longer than a year, so I was just wondering. Great collection.

Have you noticed if the quality has declined in the bottles that have been open for a significant period of time? Just curious. I’m just getting into collecting, so I’m learning.
