Yea, some of that Willett can get a little high. Had the pleasure to visit the new bar area upstairs at the Willet Distillery. Really nice bar with an extensive selection of Willett bourbon and rye.

No problem. Hope you enjoy it. I feel pretty lucky to live so close to Kentucky. All of the distilleries I have visited have been outstanding. Downtown Louisville is a great place to stay if you go up there. Whiskey row has several nice places to visit and there are some nice places to eat within walking distance.

I think maybe the higher proof minimizes the white oak for the better, really enjoying it.
