I believe the place you're talking about in Krotz Springs is T Belle's, or at least it used to be called that.

If you're passing through Lutcher be sure to check out Veron's Supermarket on old Main Street.
They've got the best stuffed pork chops and homemade smoked sausage you'll ever pass through your gums. Not to be confused with the old, original Veron's sausage that has been around for ages, this newer version is the store owner-Greg Veron's own version of this delectable southern staple. You can get the sausage in hot or mild. Goes great on poboys!
