Hey meatheads, what are y’all cooking for the game tomorrow? Give me some ideas.

Hunting season is near so clearing out the freezer. Doing some deer tips n gravy over rice, grilled backstrap, and dove bombs. Only missing the gator.

I have leftover black beans and rice and spaghetti to choose from.
My BB&R is not traditional in any sense, and probably nobody but me would call it that, as corn, rotel, conecuh, and cumin really make the dish. It’s more of a black bean jambalaya than anything, and the teaspoon of creole I add is my favorite part.
My spaghetti is pretty good. I use San Marzano tomatoes and finely chopped white mushrooms, but the secret ingredient I add is habanero pepper. It doesn’t take much to give it a pretty good kick, and my wife who hates peppers eats it up!

Jambalaya with homemade chicken stock. Never made my own stock before so it’ll either be gross or the best jambalaya I’ve ever made.
