Ya know for someone who claims to not be familiar with that type of food that is a pretty intense food review.

Some of the dishes, such as the kangaroo and the Kobe beef tongue, I had never come across. Few of the sides and other ingredients as well. Glad I got to branch out and try some new stuff outside of the New Orleans dining scene.
