Very quick sauté with teaspoon of olive oil, squeeze a lemon on them, salt pepper and pour over shredded lettuce. Toss with a small amount of a light creamy dressing.

Whatever you do, do it quick because it only takes a short period to cook this size and they will melt away in a hurry.

Exactly what I did, except I made a vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic cloves, onion and lemon with salt and pepper. It was fantastic.
