Wow, Gris Gris that sauce was AWESOME. I ended up tossing the pasta with some fresh tomatoes, a squeeze of lemon, garlic, and olive oil (and S&P) which I'm glad I did because the crab cake sauce was too rich to have in my pasta other than dripping down from the crab cake.
But it was a GREAT sauce on the cakes. Thanks!

So glad y'all enjoyed it! I think it's a darn good sauce and I love it on crab cakes. Sometimes, I throw some capers in it. It's very good over a pan sauteed piece of fish. Try that crab relish sometime with the fish and the sauce. Makes for a very good meal.
