Can you share with us what the issue was then ?
Are they done forever with the lafayette market ?

Since people have moved on I will give some explanation. Understand that we are a franchise and that is a big separation from Hooters Branda of America. What they do and we do are different. As far as Lafayette, the town had grown away from where we had opened that up 25 years ago and the building was run down. The management in that area underperformed and a new building was not going to be given to them. The basic plan is to open in Hammonds and then Laffy as it will have had a long enough break there. Money is far from the issue for our franchise. The only thing in our way is the real estate division for Hooters Brands of America has not approved a spot for us to build.

I started in 2002 and you currently get a wing bigger than anything we have carried

Used to hit the up Hooters from time to time when I was in the service. I just never enjoyed the wings. For one, they were breaded, something I'd never had before. For two, and perhaps it was just the location we went to, but there were still fricking unplucked feathers on the wings. Like little feathers on the outside of the wing pieces, breaded and deep fried. fricking disgusting.

You can get them naked. The feathers happen just like bone in fish or meat. The process isnt perfect. Just use it as a tooth pick
