Kabobs for us too: chicken and steak with veggies, plus she put together a bunch of pre-cooked shrimp (cocktail) on a skewer and heating them on the egg did not turn out that well...just heated them up ....but overcooked and dry. Wow Wee sauce barely saved the shrimp.

Nothing like the cedar plank shrimp that I do that brings the house down........but brussells sprouts in olive oil and sea salt in the oven brought it all together.
