Roasted a whole snapper tonight. Lots of garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme and olive oil. On top of of some heirloom tomatos. So damn good.

Sautéed spinach and mashed red potatoes as sides, but those are after thoughts with this fish.

Pretty good, I think Cafe Equater is better by a bit. Maybe by a bunch. But I would go back, the menu is a bit different.

Another Purple Carrot meal (Blue Apron for vegans) - again pretty good, but I still fixed myself a Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuit when I got home.

Will be in Dallas next week - can expect some real food over there.
