Grilled New York Strip, Grilled Lobster Tails, Loaded Baked Potato and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon.
Excellent choice. That's almost exactly what I cooked for Valentine's day dinner last year, except asparagus instead of Brussels sprouts.

Hub is cooking filets, steamed broccoli and scalloped potatoes. He hasn't screamed for me yet. He must be doing ok.
I finished dessert already. Just might post a pic because it is so cute.

New leader at the turn on Sunday.
I am sad that I can't cook the menu I prepared.
I was going Asian inspired this year.
Course 1: pork belly
Course 2: 5-spice scallop with Asian Slaw
Course 3: Duck breast with mashed Japanese sweet potatoes and baby broccoli
Course 4: Blood Orange Creme Brulee

Lady is in bed sick. I am normally very traditional when it comes to these meals. And its also my tradition to make a fancy menu and what not.
Oh well, we are getting married in March so I guess we will have enough memories for this year

Crab cakes, sautéed zucchini, Earthquake cab.
Not as fancy as some of you tonight, but simple and delicious.

Congrats. Sorry to hear she's sick. At least you'll have plenty of chances to make a great meal for her in the future.
