Looks great. How did you cook the fish?

I was always scared of capers but I had them recently at Ruth’s and they were good. I need to find a recipe that uses them
I’m making chicken breasts breaded in garlic butter ritz, au gratin potatoes and cream corn

A “kinda” chicken cacciatore. Easy on the tomato, heavier on the other stuff.

Shallot, garlic, maybe some mushroom.. sautéed with olive oil. Capers. White wine. Reduce. Broth. A few pats of butter once the heat is off. Squeeze of lemon.
Delicious on chicken like you are making, or tossed with angel hair. Finish with some Parmesan. Maybe sliced grape tomatoes.

Lemon Caper Sauce
Butter, capers, lemon juice and a splash of dry white wine. Add all ingredients to melted butter and reduce over medium low heat. Do not brown the butter. If you like your capers salty (I do) then do not rinse them. If the saltiness of capers straight from the jar bothers you (It bothers many) then rinse them before adding them.
Good on Tuna, Swordfish (etc), and chicken

With capers? You can make a sauce with butter, cream, lemon juice, dill, and add the capers. Serve that sauce over salmon or halibut.

Tuna seasoned in salt, black pepper, a touch of garlic salt and parsley, sautéed in butter at medium low heat for 2-3 minutes on first side, then 2-3 minutes on the other side.
As an alternate, you can cook for maybe a minute for each side over very hot heat (like the charcoal starter chimney used to start charcoal on your grill). Tonight I was too lazy to do that, but that way puts some char on the outside while leaving the inside nice and rare.
I did the sauce in another post somewhere above this.

I think it’s great. Better than the one off NW highway in midtown OKC.
