2024 Fantesca King Richards Reserve Pinot Noir paired with our favorite brined chargrilled Center Cut Pork Chop topped with peach BBQ salsa from 2012 Southern Living magazine. Grilled corn in the husks. My wife makes the peach bbq salsa and I cook the chops. One of our favorite meals. It was a great work day in the yard and a great supper to finish off the day.
