So we have a sitter this Saturday for about 4 hours and if we don’t attend the St.Micheal HS fundraiser with a new friend, we want to go some where to “dine” and have the meal drawn out over a few hours. I know this is not the norm. but we like to have some wine and app—digest---salad—digest---entrée—digest----desert/after dinner drinks. Ect… Do not want to be rushed, but take time talking and actually enjoying all the courses of the meal instead of being a ‘table turned”.
Drink a lot.
Go to Galitore's. They won't rush you and you can eat several appetizers over the course if you like in lieu of entrees. Enjoy a cocktail in the bar first, wine at the table and a nightcap in the bar last.
We do this about twice a month and enjoy the time and company.

Digiulio's. If you don't go early chances are you will wait but if you're not worried about time that's a good call. Osso Bucco is the shite and the only place in BR that has it.
Ruffino's has it. They make it only on Thursday and normally have some left for early Friday diners. Although it has been said by someone on here "in the know" that it is made with pork shanks rather than veal shanks so if it tastes like a ham sandwich then I guess they are right.
I stop in Ruffino's a lot late for a nightcap after dinner elsewhere. Nice bar.
