Want to change up the weeknight meal? Check out Blue Apron or Hello Fresh

But not for the box service, which to a person who can cook, is a waste of money. But for the tons of recipes and step-by-step instructions for simple and really good meals.
I'll be making four recipes this week fro Blue Apron's website, but tried this one over the weekend from Hello Fresh. It is a bacon, apple, and balsamic onion breakfast flatbread. Store didn't have flatbread, so I made due. LINK
This took maybe 30 minutes, start to finish, and was delicious.
Anyway, wanted to pass along for those looking for something different from the routine weekly meals.

How long have you been working for blue waffle?

Well since I'm advising people to use their website for recipes and not their service...

I made "due" with premade small crusts

Do you work for them or something? This sounds like one of those facebook mom posts that starts out as a "first hand experience" but ends up being an ad.

You sell ad space to them and want people to click?

I do not work for them, or Hello Fresh. I was just getting tired of the same boring weeknight meals so I went to their website for ideas. Saw they list all their recipes and ingredient lists (which I found strange considering they are a service selling these recipes).
Just wanted to share with some of the people here who were looking for some new ideas for meals. Didn't realize reading comprehension was going to be so relaxed on a Monday afternoon.

Just posted the recipe of one dish I made this weekend so others could see how easy it was. There's no other motive.

Appreciate someone finally reading the post and not thinking this was an ad for dinner box services. Just trying to do what this board was intended for and some OT-spillover occurred.

I was just busting your balls.

It's all good.
I was just happy to find some new recipes to try out.
