Should be successful as long as they don’t allow anyone from the Covington Walk-on’s any where near the kitchen.

Man, time flies... I have a lot of very fond memories of $5 calzones and $1.50 beer days at the old Tiger Land location.

They're still open, just in a new location. Do they still do $5 calzones

pissed Bud's corporate opened a stand in Tiger Stadium cuz they felt it would cut into their business? You can resolve that shite.....
Not sure where you heard that
quote:
Shannon Prince, the owner of the Bud's Broiler franchise in Baton Rouge near Tiger Stadium as well as the chain's oldest location, on City Park Avenue in New Orleans, filed suit last month against Bud's Broiler Holdings, the restaurant brand's parent, alleging that the parent firm mismanaged its finances and invaded her territories with two pop-up locations, among other complaints.
The franchise owners, Melvin and Rebecca Ziegler, have filed a separate lawsuit alleging that Prince violated the franchise agreement by obtaining meat for Bud's Broilers burgers from other companies and that she has been trying to re-create the recipe for the brand's smoky-flavored hickory sauce.

Buds is done already? That location is cursed.
If I’m not mistaken, they closed due to ownership (litigation) issues, not lack of business.

I believe the article in the advocate said they were losing a lot of money at that particular location. No doubt Buds as a whole appears to be poorly operated

I think they are $5.99 but still a good deal.
