Super garlicky. They’re really good. Messy as fricking though.

Completely different from what we think about crawfish though so you can’t really compare them.

The concern I have with places like this is where they get their crawfish. It's likely shipped over from Asia frozen, because these places are open year round.

Hard pass, had it before it was a big let down, love Vietnamese food, but crawfish were good awful with their seasoning

This. They can get them too buttery too.

But I’ve always liked the idea of a crawfish place that was like buffalo wings in that you can dial up the heat as high as you want. You always have “kinda bland” and “could be hotter” guy. This usually takes care of that. They’ll have one ridiculous STFU option as far as heat. Ghost chili or something else asinine.
