Venison in Instant pot?

Has anyone tried cooking some venison, specifically backstrap, in their instant pot? Just got one of these suckers and looking to try it out. Got heaps of venison in the freezer that need some cooking

Can’t see any reason why you would need an instapot for backstrap. Backstrap is tender enough.

I’m sure a deer roast would do quite well though.

Ehhh, I would do a leg roast. Wouldn't waste backstrap on it. Backstrap should be grilled rare or fried imo.

Agree. Backstrap should be quick and medium rare. I could see a roast benefiting from pressure or slow cooking.
