Yeah, but it’s a not great time to get into real estate unless you have cash. You should talk to everyone’s favorite Edward Jones advisor. I’d volunteer myself for investment advice but I don’t mess with anything except some savings accounts/bonds and Tesla stock I plan to hold for forever.
