When I was in broadcasting I went to the NAB every year there from 1997 to 2010 and ate at countless places for lunch and dinner with clients. My favorite was the steak restaurant at the Luxor.

To the OP: if you like Japanese at all and are familiar with Jiro Dreams of Sushi, see if you can get a reservation at Kabuto in Chinatown.

I just got back from Vegas and ate at Bouchon in the venetian. It was amazing. I had the gnoochi but the table next to me had steak and pork and both of them were raving about it.
