Upcoming shrimp season prices

What do you guys think the prices will be for 16-20 ct. shrimp coming up this week?

Canseco had 16-20 ct for 5.99 a few hours ago but there were no shrimp left in the bin.

I’m buying direct from a shrimper in Golden Meadow this afternoon, 16-20 are $3.50/lb and 50/60 are $2/lb.

As easy as driving down to Dulac. There are several docks and boats you can buy direct from.

Easy peasy. I know of a couple who post their dockside arrival on Facebook, with prices and sizes. Morgan City, DTB, Dulac, etc. You usually need to arrive early rather than late in the day. Some present their catch by reservation, so you message them in advance to ho,d what you want. Cash is always appreciated, though some will take prepayment via a cash app.
