Unusual Combination for Today's Lunch

Not much left in the fridge/pantry today so I did what I had to do. I mixed some oven roasted cauliflower with a can of Hormel chili no beans. It was surprisingly pretty good.

I can see that being good. Roasted cauliflower pairs well with a lot of things.
