Looking to get an all in one setup for frying turkeys, boiling shrimp (don’t need a big crawfish pot), frying fish, and cooking jambalaya/gumbo outside.

I know about bayou classic and king kooker. Looks like a company called Loco is popular these days. How does Loco compare to bayou classic, quality wise? Will a 29-30 quart pot fry a decent sized turkey? How about temperature control (easy to crank down heat to low for jambalaya or simmering gumbo)? Would a decent sized cast iron Dutch oven fit solidly on the burner stand without wobble? Are the default burners on most of these all in one setups jet burners, banjo burners, or just a standard type of burners?
