Few years back a deck hand gave me a few scraps of some fresh yellow fin and told me to smoke it for about 20-30 minutes then ues it to make my regular tuna salad recipe...

Turned out awsome

Great ideas I've read so far. Also love Tuna Helper (I'm the only one in the house that eats Tuna but that's more for me).

Tuna Salad (re-invented)

Ingredients:
""Lump tuna
diced trinity
Lors of ginger, garlic powder, Salt, red & black pepper
sandwich spread, sour cream, mayo, lemmon juice, coriander,
Coarse chopped cilantro.
NO PICKLES
EGGS are ok.
Directions:
""Mix-chill-serve over avacado halves.
