I usually use Louisiana boil and a bag of chackbay. Dumped a bag of Rouses and tasted the water. Seemed spicy, so I only added 1/2 bag chackbay. Came out great, better than La in my opinion. A little spicy. Next boil I'll try a whole bag on chackbay with it and see how it goes. I use a few different boils throughout the year, but I'll definitely keep this one in my rotation.

Cajun Land powder boil is my favorite.

I usually boil two sacks at a time. Two jars of Zats extra spicy for the corn and potatoes and onions, add crawfish and add a thing of liquid boil. Good spice, not a lot of salt.
