Anywhere in Laf/BR regularly stock this cut of meat?

Get a sirloin cap instead if you can find it. Also called a cullote. Sometimes mistaken for a tri tip. Much better in my opinion. I wouldn’t be surprised if while foods has it.

Tri tip is definitely at Trader Joe’s. Make a chimichurri sauce for it and it will be delicious.

Not sure if Laf has a Breaux Mart but they carry it in Metry and River Ridge. My favorite cut.
