Put a tarp over your kitchen area. I have some you can borrow.

I don't think I've ever seen an upstairs kitchen before.

I do wear deodorant.
you don't want to layer smells. masking them is not good.

rohan- that sounds like a sweet set up. do you live in uptown or whd?

Get some ozium spray

You don't need much and it basically kills the smell of anything

Sounds nice, just not common. I bet the upstairs is great for gamedays, fights, movies nights, etc.

To the OP, as someone else said, get some Ozium spray and open the windows when you cook

You are basically screwed given your living conditions. Is there any chance of a grill outside to do cooking on? I have cooked entire meals for a summer before as I didn't want to heat the kitchen.

rohan- we are neighbors. somewhat haha.

ozium spray- i'm going to have to get that. they sell it at walmarks?

citwitt- yea i wish i had a area to cook outside, i'd def do that instead. but unfortunately not, can i buy a grill and cook on the sidewalk? is that illegal? i live in a quadplex with no backyard.
