Anyone have one?
LINK

I saw it on a recent Chopped. I have a Cameron stove top smoker which works well with heat. This looks interesting with the cold smoke that affords more variety in things to smoke. I sometimes use the Cameron for mushrooms or tomatoes when I might not be smoking other things on my smoker outside.

I don't have one but I could see it being useful when smoking salmon. I can't get my smoker down to the right temperature so I've always got some of the albumin peeking up thru the pellicle. I could probably get the smoking done first and then transfer to the oven for the actual cooking part.

If it works well, there are so many possibilities.

If it works well is right. For $99 I hope someone else here buys one.

That's why you are the best. Can't wait for the dishes and product review.

I've certainly never thought of smoking bread or milk. Butter, yes, but not the other two.

What were your uses of the smoked milk and bread?
