HORRIBLE! And trust me...I ain't just saying that because we sell BBQ. I have no problem saying when I eat good Q. I love Hillbilly BBQ! But The Pitt is just horrible on EVERY level. The smoke taste is fake tasting. It's dry and the sauce is just weird. The sides are all terrible. I don't know how else to describe it.
