The New Pie Pan Knows How to Cook!

So, we went to Ocean Springs last weekend and stopped by Shearwater and purchased a small pie plate. Right away I noticed it knew how to make a Chicken Pot pie for four.
And then tonight, It proved its worth by collaborating with the wife (MHNBPF) in the production of an excellent Sweet Potato Pie!
Glad to see it was pre-trained by the potters at Sherwater in the culinary arts.
Historic pottery, still making beautiful stuff.
The only piece we own that we don't use. Not a bad plate if you like cats.
