I used to frequent Inga's by LSU and a.Mart for cajun turkey sandwiches and rouls burgers; I work in central and even tho my restaurant has a burger made of brisket, short rib, Chuck, and filet tip beef the local has best sandwiches around.. House smoked meats, house pickled pickles, hommade sauces. Crazy good still miss Inga's tho and feel bad for knocking my rest.

Les Miles quote: "I may have an association with fellow people who secure employment at a like establishment, which wouldn't dissuade me however from advising procurement of nourishment from a dominant competitive establishment." ..Don't work there but live nearby with many frequenters and personally am a fan.

I'm a big fan of the local... I hope they get good business and survive.
