The jambalaya calculator

I cooked for my team at work today. I used the jambalaya calculator since I never one for 30 people before. And I got to say that it was spot on. It fed everyone and had enough for a few take home plates. Thanks to whoever took the time to put that together.

I had never cooked jambalaya for more than 12 people before. My cousin asked if I’d cook some for a reception with 150 guests. I used the calculator and it was spot on. My jambalaya came out perfect and had enough for everyone. I can’t thank you enough! Outstanding work! Thanks, Stadium Rat
