Buddy of mine in BR was making gourmet "doughnuts" at his apt and selling them for a small fortune. He was doing really well. He moved to Portland a few months back and is now wholesaling to various establishments with plans to open his own place once his brand is out there.

I've gotta admit I've considered doing gourmet snowballs here in Dallas b/c these morons would pay $5+ for some ice & syrup. Probably extra if I call them sneauxballs lol
