Today I was able to get a Thanksgiving Po'boy at Parkway.
It is a huge poboy stuffed with turkey, dressing and cranberry.
Talk about delicious

You don't even know

Anyway, Parkway has only sold these special poboys every Wednesday during the month of November for many years.
The line today was very long
But worth it

Capriati's out of Delaware had the best one of those I had ever tried.

Then they started franchising all over the place and the food went to shite.

... I've been to Delaware
I've lived in Delaware for over 10 years ...

Delaware should NEVER be mentioned in the same sentence with Parkway or any restaurant in Louisiana for that matter ...

Sorry, that's my opion

I'll agree that the entire Delmarva area is lacking in good food, but the original Capriotti's was widely recognized as one of the best sandwich shops in America before they started focusing on franchising. I'm a Louisiana guy and love our food, but I can also recognize other good food.

My controversial take: it's good, but not worth the line that it usually takes.

... you are right
my bad ...

I did go to Capriotti's back in the day , the original shop on Union Street. But I always got the Italian sub, which was great.

But overall Delaware ... hummm ...

Let's just say

"NOT"
