Tasting History - Michelin Star

I’m not sure how popular Max Miller’s channel is here, but I enjoy it. He recently posted a video covering the history of Michelin and why a tire company is so involved in fine dining. I found it quite interesting. Plus, the original iteration of the Michelin Man was creepy.

The marriage of fine dining to Automotive History is fascinating indeed. Two of my favorite (and most beautiful) restaurants in London have this link, Bibendum and the RAC. Bibendum is actually the Michelin Man's name.
