Capital City Grill. Don't go to the Hilton. Their brunch is sad.

Downtown isn't really good for brunch. Hopefully when IBM gets here, you'll have more businesses catering to a weekend crowd. Until then, you're better off elsewhere in the city. Mansurs, Beausolei, and Portabello are a few decent options, though there a handful more.
