Yes sir, it’s some good stuff. My son in law turned me on to it. He had marinated some pork shoulder steaks with the Hickory Alegro and it was fantastic. I tried it with rib eyes but found it to be a little overpowering on beef so I started cutting it with W sauce and it’s perfect.
I haven’t tried any of the other Alegro flavors. Have you and what types of meat would you suggest if you have?
