Spinoff: Cast Iron Griddle attachment vs Stainless Steel Griddle attachment

I'm in the market for a griddle attachment for my grill. Would you guys choose a CI or SS griddle attachment? I figured CI - hotter temps, better sear and SS - easier cleanup/maintenance.

CI. I have one and is they are seasoned right cleanup is not a problem.
