Spin off brisket question

I’m cooking a 15lb brisket tonight on my pellet grill. I realize this is a pretty general question, but how long will it take to get to the stall at 250 degrees? I’m trying to decide if I want to stay up and wrap it after the stall or wrap in early in the morning if it’s not too late.

Put it on at midnight and it'll be in the stall when you get up.
