Honestly, it did get kinda scary when I realized all these places had upped their minimums through the roof. Then when I realized that they were opened and basically had no minimum considering the amount of people that we are having made it a no brainer.

I think the snafus turned this around in your favor. That's not always the case. Now, you can offer some sage advice to others in your situation.
