I just watched a special on Snow's BBQ in Lexington, Tx. Has anyone eaten there ? I'm going to be out that way later this week, so I am thinking about dropping in on them.

haven't been able to make it out there yet. I believe they are only open on Saturday. Just a heads up.

I did a few years back. Worth the wait, moreso than the popular destinations in Austin

I'm Unfamiliar with Cooper's, but obviously you aren't...lol
I used to spend a lot of time in El Paso, Ft. Bliss, and all the towns around White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. Every time I was out there I would eat at State Line BBQ at the Sunland Park Drive exit. They cranked out some good food, and the Jack Daniels bread pudding was the best I've ever eaten.
