Bought some boudin from Don's and want to heat it in the smoker. How long should I leave it in the smoker for?

Till the skin gets light brown and a little crispy.

And...now I want boudin.

It's not cured so not more than 4 hours unless you can get the meat temp. over 140 in that time.

What do you mean by not cured?

I believe this is precooked since the package says oven for 20-30 minutes. Just don't want to over cook and split the casing. Going to try 30-45 minutes at 225 and see if that's enough

Pretty much all boudin is precooked. You just heat it. A few people here say they have come across boudin where the rice is cooked and the meat is raw but I had never heard of this before. Does not make much sense as it seems the rice would get mushy while the meet was cooking.
